You can find us at Flat No. 303 on the second floor of the V V S Block in the A Pace Community. Our office at Door No 48 19 10 is where all the planning for Nyra Projects happens. It’s a quiet enough place to get work done, though it can get pretty busy when we have meetings with architects or engineers. We started this as an LLP because we wanted a flexible way to manage our construction and development work. We don't have a lot of formal rules or a corporate hierarchy. Instead, we just talk to each other and get the work done. A lot of our time is spent looking at different sites and seeing what kind of potential they have for new projects. It’s a lot of walking around in the sun and checking measurements. We try to be realistic about what we can achieve and don't make promises we can't keep. Sometimes projects take longer than we want them to, and we have to deal with the frustrations that come with that. But seeing a project finally finish is a good feeling. We’re just regular people trying to make a living by building things that will last for a while. We don't need any fancy titles or expensive suits to do what we do. We just focus on the drawings, the materials, and making sure the foundations are solid before we move on to the next thing. It’s hard work, but we like it.
