Lokatita Foundation

We are over here in Mhaswad, specifically in F Ward near Tulshiram Krishna Pise’s place. Lokatita Foundation isn't a big fancy office or anything like that. It is just a few of us working out of this spot in Tal Man. Things get pretty busy around here especially since we are right in the middle of the village area. People know where to find us. We started this because we saw a lot of things that needed doing around the neighborhood. It’s not always easy and sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk but we keep at it. Tulshiram helps keep things organized at the address. Most days we are just talking to people from the ward and seeing what the day brings. It gets dusty in the summer and the roads are narrow. We don't have a big marketing team or a website with flashing lights. It is just a local effort. If you walk past the F Ward section you'll see where we sit. We have been here for a while now and the locals know us by name. It’s a simple setup. We try to help out where we can without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes we have tea and discuss the local issues. That’s just how it goes here in Mhaswad. We are just regular people trying to do something decent for the community.
