Kwality Ice Cream

We are located at 4/74 in the Rasala Complex on Eluru Road here in Kaikalur. Kwality Ice Cream has been in this particular building for a long time now. It is a very familiar spot for the people living in this part of town. The complex itself is always busy with other shops and small businesses, so there are always people walking past our front door. We have a modest space that is mostly taken up by our big cooling units. We have to keep a close eye on the temperature all day and night. If the power fluctuates, which happens sometimes, we have to be ready to act. We sell individual portions and also some larger packs for families who want to take something home. Most people just want something cold to eat while they walk down Eluru Road in the heat. It gets very hot in the summer months, so that is naturally our busiest time. During the monsoon season, things slow down quite a bit for us. We use that quiet time to do minor repairs or deep clean the entire place. We are not a big chain with a lot of complicated rules. We just do things our own way. If a neighbor comes in to talk for a while, we take the time to listen to them. We do not have a website or fancy brochures. We just rely on people seeing our sign and coming in.
