You can find us at Plot B-4 in the Auto Nagar Industrial Estate. Kusalava International has been a fixture here for quite a while. We mainly focus on making parts for engines, like liners and such. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep things grounded. The foundry side of things is pretty intense with the heat and the molten metal. You have to be alert every second you’re on the clock. It’s not like an office job where you can daydream. We have hundreds of workers coming in shifts. I’ve seen this place grow from a much smaller unit to what it is today. It’s proud work because these parts go into vehicles all over the place. We don’t talk much about "visions" or anything. We just talk about the day’s quota and if the quality is holding up. Auto Nagar is always buzzing with activity, and we are right in the middle of it. The machines are loud, and the smell of grease is everywhere. We wear our uniforms and get to it. Sometimes the weather makes the shop floor feel like an oven, but nobody complains much. We just drink more water and keep moving. It’s a tough environment, but the people here are good. We know our roles and we do them. That’s how we’ve stayed in business all these years. It’s a matter of getting the metal right and keeping the delivery trucks moving out.
