Our place is House No. 174 in the Banyan-I section of H.B. Colony. We are situated right near Shadani Darbar in Boriyakala. It is a quiet residential neighborhood, which is actually quite nice for getting work done without all the city noise. Kawal Krishna Projects is basically a group of people who have been in the construction trade for many years. We moved into this office to have a central base for all our paperwork and meetings. It is not a big corporate high-rise. It is just a regular house that we converted so we could work out of it. Most days, you will see the porch full of boots and site gear. We do a lot of work around Boriyakala and the nearby suburbs. We handle the gritty stuff that people usually do not want to deal with, like checking foundations and managing raw material deliveries. We do not have a fancy website or a dedicated sales team. If you want to talk to us, you usually have to call our mobiles or just walk up to the gate and knock. We keep things very informal around here. There is almost always a pot of tea going in the small kitchen. We like working in H.B. Colony because it feels like home and the neighbors are friendly. We treat every job like it is for a friend because that is how we were taught.
