Being near the railway area means we hear the trains constantly, which just becomes background noise after a while. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We’re just here to do the work that goes into building things that last. It’s a lot of manual tracking and following up on phone calls. It’s practical work that requires a lot of patience. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving. Most of us have been here for years.
