Hmt. Honey Moon Travels

We set up shop in Gayatri Nagar, right across from the Bharat Car Bazar. The name Hmt. Honey Moon Travels has been on our door for a long time. People often ask about the name, but it’s just what we called it when we started. We mostly spend our time looking at maps and checking hotel prices for folks who want to go on a trip. It’s a small office, and it can get a bit cramped when a whole family walks in to plan a vacation. We have stacks of brochures and old calendars on the walls. It isn't a high-tech operation; we still write a lot of things down in ledgers because it feels safer that way. The area around Gayatri Nagar is usually busy, so there’s always something to look at out the window. We help people figure out their honeymoon plans or just a regular family outing. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually find us because their cousin or neighbor told them we were here. We just sit at the desks, talk to the travel agents on the phone, and try to get the best dates for people. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it feels like second nature now. Just a regular travel spot for regular people in the city who need to get away for a bit.
