Our office is at Sno-G-21 in Hem Plaza, right on Frasar Road. Harshita Infrastructure Consultantprivate Limited is the name on the door. It’s a busy building and we’re right in the thick of it. We mostly help people with the technical side of infrastructure—planning and consulting on how things should be built. My father, Sri Krishna Chandra Sharma, has been a big influence on how I run things. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of consultants. We’re small and we like it that way because we can actually focus on the details. Frasar Road is always noisy, but once you step into our office, it’s a bit quieter. We have stacks of drawings and technical manuals everywhere. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. Consulting is about solving problems before they happen on the construction site. It takes a lot of thinking and checking the math. We don't use big words to impress people. We just explain what needs to be done so the project doesn't fall apart. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve been doing this long enough to feel confident. We get most of our work through word of mouth from people we’ve helped before. It’s a steady way to live and work. We’re just regular folks trying to do a solid job in the infrastructure world. Sometimes the days are long, but seeing a project finished makes it feel worth it.
