Happy Holidays & Travels

We are located on the first floor of Maha Laxmi Towers in Governerpet. It’s building number 6A on Rajagopalachary Street. If you know where the Buckingham Post Office is, we’re just a short walk from there. The office isn’t very big, just a room with some desks, chairs, and a few travel posters we put up to make it look nicer. We spend a lot of our time on the computer booking tickets for buses, trains, and flights. It gets quite noisy downstairs because Governerpet is such a busy commercial area. Parking is always a bit of a struggle for our customers, so most people just walk over or get dropped off. We’ve been running this travel business for quite a while now. It’s mostly regular customers who come in to see us. We don’t use any fancy systems, just the usual websites and our phone contacts to get things done. Sometimes it gets stressful when systems are down or tickets are sold out, but we just do our best to find an alternative. It’s a simple life here. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. People seem to appreciate that we’re just local folks they can talk to face to face. It’s much better than dealing with an automated voice on a phone. We like being in the heart of the city, even with all the noise and the crowds around us.
