We are located at No.33-23-26 on Krishna Rao Street in the Kasturibaipet area. It’s a cozy little spot where we manage everything for the gift business. The shelves are always full of various items, from small trinkets to bigger gift sets that we pack up for people. It can get pretty chaotic around here during the holiday seasons when everyone is looking for something special to send to their family. We don't have a massive warehouse; we just use the space we have and try to keep it as organized as possible. There’s usually tape and wrapping paper all over the table because we’re always in the middle of preparing a package for someone. It’s a local operation, and we don't have a lot of fancy systems in place—just a few of us making sure the right gift gets to the right person. Krishna Rao Street is a nice place to be, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners nearby over the years. We often end up working late into the night when there are a lot of orders to get through, but we don't mind it too much. We started this because we liked the idea of helping people find nice things for their friends. It’s a simple business, and we just take it one day at a time.
