We are based in Gannavaram, which is in the Krishna District. Our specific location is House Number 11-117 in the Islam Peta area, right near the mosque. V. Balakrishna and the team operate out of this space, which we share with Md. Apsar. It’s a local spot and everyone in the lane knows where we are. We are part of the Engineering Staff College of India operations in this region. The office is very simple and sits on a quiet street where you can hear the call to prayer from the mosque nearby. We spend our time working on training materials and coordinating different engineering programs. It’s not a large campus or anything, just a small building where we handle the local administrative side of things. The weather in Krishna District can be quite hot, so we usually have the windows shut to keep the dust out. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors, but mostly it's just us working through our daily tasks. We don’t have a big sign or fancy lobby. People find us by asking around Islam Peta or following the house numbers. It’s a very grounded way to work, and we feel connected to the community here. We take our tea breaks at the local stall down the road. It’s a basic setup that allows us to get the necessary work done without any extra fuss or corporate style.
