Our office is at House No: 16 in Padmavathi Gardens-2, which is in the Pennamuluru area of Vijayawada. It is a decent place to work from, and the gardens nearby make it feel a little less hectic than the middle of the city. D.R.Buildestates Pvt.Ltd. handles a lot of local projects around Andhra Pradesh, so we are always keeping an eye on different sites. The office is usually a bit cluttered with samples of tiles, bricks, and stones that people have left behind over the months. We do not have a formal reception desk or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk in and one of us will probably look up and say hello. It is a very informal atmosphere here. We spend a lot of time discussing things like the rising cost of cement or steel while we eat our lunch. Most of us have been in the construction trade for many years, so we have seen Vijayawada grow and change quite a bit since we started. The heat here can be really intense during the summer, so the office fans are always running at full speed. We try to keep the paperwork organized, but sometimes it gets a bit messy when we are busy. We are a local business through and through, and we know all the suppliers and workers in the area. We just take things one day at a time and keep our projects moving forward.
