Dic- Ncc (Jv)

Our site office is located in Velvedom, which is part of the Mylavaram Mandal in the Krishna District. We are situated right across from the Ramalayam temple. This is a joint venture between DIC and NCC. K.S. Vijay handles a lot of the things happening here at the Rosia location. It is a rural area of Andhra Pradesh, so things move a bit differently than they do in the big cities. We are surrounded by green fields and small village houses. The temple across the road is a local landmark, so it is easy to tell people where we are. Our work is mainly about the infrastructure projects in this region. We spend a lot of time out on the roads or at the construction sites. The office is just a place to keep the tools and the blueprints dry. It is a simple setup with basic furniture. We do not have any fancy air conditioning or marble floors. We just have a job to do, and we do it. The local people are friendly, and we often talk to them about what is happening with the roads or the pipes. It is a lot of manual coordination and making sure the trucks arrive on time. We like the quiet of Velvedom. It is a good place to focus on the build without too many distractions. We are just here to get the project finished for the community.
