You can find us at 56-A, Krishna Vihar, in the Mansarovar part of town. It’s a fairly quiet residential area mostly, so we try not to make too much noise, though the sound of the machines is always there in the background. We’ve been working with fabrics for a while now. It’s what we know. The office is really just a room filled with sample books and stacks of cloth. It’s not very fancy, but it gets the job done. We spend most of our time dealing with wholesalers and making sure the orders are packed correctly. If something is wrong with a batch, we catch it before it goes out. There’s no big corporate board here, just a few of us making decisions over tea. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to keep the customers happy so they come back next time. It’s practical work. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the deliveries difficult because the roads get flooded, but we find a way around it. We’ve had the same people working here for years, so we all know how the others work. It makes things easier. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just a solid one that people can rely on for their fabric needs. It’s simple, honest, and we like it that way.
