DEEPANKURA CONSTRUCTIONS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is on the 2nd Floor of H.NO: 9-65 in Gourishankarapuram. We are right opposite the Vijaya Bank here in Gudiwada. It is a pretty easy landmark to find if you are ever looking for our office. Being in the Krishna-521301 area of Andhra Pradesh, we are right in the thick of the local community. Our office is a very practical space where we handle the construction and development side of things. It is definitely not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. It is more about desks piled high with site plans and people coming in and out in their dusty work boots. We take our work seriously but we do not feel any need to dress it up with big words or empty promises. Building things is hard work and it takes a whole lot of patience to get it right. We spend our mornings planning and our afternoons out at various construction sites. Sometimes we are at the office until very late in the evening trying to get the permits or the supplies sorted out. Being opposite the bank means there is always some noise and activity outside, which actually suits us just fine. We like being part of the town’s daily rhythm and seeing people go about their business. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does things right and keeps its promises to the people who hire us.
