CKCS VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED is located over in Munnekollala. We are at number 110 on the 7th Cross. It’s just off Krishna Road in the Manjunatha Layout area. This part of town has really grown a lot in the last few years. There are new apartment buildings popping up everywhere you look. Our office is in one of the older buildings on the street. It’s definitely not fancy. We have some old desks and chairs that have seen better days, but they are comfortable enough. Being on the 7th Cross means it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road. We do venture work, which keeps us pretty busy from Monday to Friday. We don't have a big HR department or any of those corporate layers. If there's a problem with a project, we just talk it out over lunch. We usually order some food from one of the small local places nearby. There’s a lot of traffic in Munnekollala, so getting here in the morning can be a real struggle sometimes. We don’t really mind the commute though. The office has started to feel like a second home to us. We have some small plants by the window, but we often forget to water them. They’re still hanging on somehow. We don't use much corporate jargon here. We just try to be honest and get the daily tasks done. It's a simple way to run things, and it really suits our small team just fine.
