We have been operating out of Bld No. 5/725 E for a good while now. Our office is tucked away in Naduvattom at Krishna Leela. Getting things done in the development world is just what we do here at Citypearl Developers Private Limited. It gets pretty busy some days with people coming in and out. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we keep our files and sit down to talk about projects. Working in Beypore has its own pace. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Sometimes the paperwork takes way longer than the actual building part, which can be a bit frustrating, but that is just how the business works. Most of our days are spent looking at blueprints or driving out to check on sites. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. If you need us, we are right there in Naduvattom. We handle all kinds of local jobs. The monsoon season usually slows us down, but we just keep moving along as best we can. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the local roads and people pretty well. It is a quiet spot for the most part. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in the state, just trying to get the work finished so people are satisfied with the result. It’s a lot of hard work, but it is what we know.
