We are situated in the Krishna Nagar area, specifically in the neighborhood known as Supari Bagan. It's a place where you'll find a lot of betel nut trees, which is why it got that name. Our setup for the organic producer company is pretty basic and functional. We use a small space here to coordinate with the local farmers and manage our organic stocks before they go out. Krishna Nagar is a busy part of town, so there is always some noise and something going on around us. We don't have a formal corporate structure with people in suits or fancy ties. Most of us are usually wearing casual clothes and talking about the latest harvest or how to get through the organic certification process. The office is often filled with the smell of the outdoors because we’re always bringing in samples of soil or grain. It can get a bit disorganized when we have a big shipment coming in, with crates and bags stacked up in all the corners. We don't really bother with making the place look like a fancy showroom. It’s a working office for people who get their hands dirty every day. We've been in Supari Bagan for a while now, and the neighbors know us as the organic people. We spend our days making sure the farmers get a fair deal and that the crops are being handled correctly. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls, but we prefer being close to the action here.
