We are over in Machilipatnam, located at MIG 59 in the Housing Board Colony. The official address is 15/546-248, but most people just look for the MIG house number. Chathursya Projects Private Limited is run out of this space, and it feels more like a home-office than a corporate headquarters. That’s because it’s in a residential area, so it’s much quieter than being in the middle of a commercial district. We have converted the rooms to hold our computers, files, and some meeting space. It’s a very grounded way to work. There’s no lobby or receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever is at their desk. Machilipatnam is a place with a lot of history, and the Housing Board Colony has its own steady pace. We don't use any big marketing slogans. We just work on the projects we have and talk to our clients like normal people. Some days it’s just one or two of us here, and other days it’s a bit more crowded when the field staff comes back to report. We like the simple atmosphere here in Krishna district. It allows us to focus on the technical side of the projects without getting distracted by the flashiness of bigger cities. We drink a lot of tea, look at a lot of blueprints, and just try to make sure each day is productive. It is just how we operate our daily business.
