Cbm Bethel Hospital

Cbm Bethel Hospital is right here in Vuyyuru in the Krishna District. People around here know where we are. It’s a plain building but we keep it clean. Mornings are usually busy because folks come from nearby villages early. Sometimes the waiting room gets crowded but we try to see everyone. We’ve been here for a while now. The staff mostly lives around here too. We walk or take bikes to work. It isn't a fancy place with shiny floors but it works for what people need. We have some beds and basic gear. If someone comes in with a fever or a bad cough, we look at them. Vuyyuru is a quiet place mostly, so we see a lot of the same faces. It's nice when people recognize us at the market. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just some doctors and nurses trying to do the job every day. The power goes out sometimes so we have to deal with that. We have a small pharmacy area where people get their pills. It’s just how things go here. We open early and stay until the last person is taken care of. No one wears fancy suits here, just scrubs and comfortable shoes. It gets hot in the summer months so we keep the fans running. It's just a regular local spot for health stuff. We don't try to be anything else. Krishna District is home for most of us.
