We are set up on N.S.M School Road in the Patamata area of Vijayawada. Our building is 67-8-12, and it’s right in the middle of everything. Since the school is so close, we hear the bells and the kids playing all day long, which keeps the place feeling lively. Caesium55 Projects and Resorts is a bit of a mix. We handle different projects and also look after the resort side of things. It means our desks are usually covered in blueprints, receipts, and old coffee mugs. Vijayawada is known for being hot, and our office is no exception; we have the AC running most of the time just to stay focused. We aren't trying to be some big fancy corporation. We are just a few people who know the local area well and decided to start this business. Sometimes we have to drive out to the resort sites, which takes up a good chunk of the day because of the traffic on the main roads. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and suppliers, trying to get the best materials without spending too much. It’s a lot of haggling and checking things twice. The office is a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don't have any scripted speeches or anything; we just talk to people like normal neighbors and try to get the work done right. It’s a practical way to run things and we just keep pushing through the daily tasks.
