We are located out in Agiripalli Mandal in Andhra Pradesh. It is a lot quieter here than in the big cities like Vijayawada. The air is a bit cleaner and things move at a much slower pace. Our office is a simple building that serves its purpose for our daily tasks. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages. We do not have a lot of high-tech gadgets or fancy modern furniture. It is mostly wooden tables and chairs and some old fans spinning on the ceiling to keep us cool. We spend our days managing the local operations. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow out here, so we have to wait a while to send emails or upload documents. That is just how it is in this part of the state and we have learned to be patient. We know the people in the village and they know us by our first names. It is a friendly place to work. We do not have any corporate dress codes or anything like that. People just wear what is comfortable for the local heat. During the harvest season, the roads get really busy with tractors and carts, but otherwise, it is pretty peaceful. We take our afternoon breaks under the shade of the trees outside. It is a basic way of working, but it works for us. We are just doing an honest day's work for everyone involved.
