It is a very busy part of town with a lot of shops nearby. Our office is on the smaller side. We have some desks and a couple of chairs for when people come to talk about property. We spend a lot of our time looking at land and trying to figure out the best way to develop it. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the local authorities. Thavakkara is a place we know very well. We have lived and worked around here for years. Asterlakshya Builders And Developers Private Limited is just our way of being part of the growth of this area. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We are just local builders. Sometimes the work is slow because of the rain or waiting for permits. We just take those days as they come. The office isn't anything special to look at. It has some old calendars on the wall and a lot of files. We try to keep things organized, but it’s a struggle. We aren't perfect, and we don't pretend to be.
