Aditi Event Management

Aditi Event Management is based at Plot No No 6 on Road No 2 in the Kanakadurga Gazetted Officers Colony. It’s right near the Ring Road, so it’s easy to get to, but the colony itself is actually quite peaceful. Our office is a simple room where we do all our planning. There are calendars on the walls with dates circled in red ink, and plenty of half-finished cups of coffee on the desks. We don't have a large team of people in suits; it’s just us doing the coordination and making sure vendors show up on time. We spend most of our lives on our mobile phones or driving to different parts of the city to check on things. It’s not a glamorous job, even if the events themselves look nice in photos. There’s a lot of stress behind the scenes, like when a delivery is late or the weather doesn't cooperate. We just deal with those things as they come. We’ve been at this for a while, so we know most of the local suppliers by name. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the event goes off without any major problems and everyone goes home happy. It’s a lot of legwork, but we like it. The office might be small, but we get a lot of big ideas sorted out here. We mostly just focus on one day at a time and hope the traffic on the Ring Road isn't too bad.
