We started this company because we wanted to focus on developing areas that usually get overlooked. We are a small team and we spend most of our time traveling back and forth between the office and various project sites. It’s not the kind of job where you sit in a chair all day. There is always something that needs attention, whether it's a supply issue or a change in the plans. We don't have a big corporate structure. It's just a few of us making decisions and getting things built. Yosufguda is our base, and it’s a good spot for us to keep an eye on everything. We know that building things in rural spots comes with its own set of problems, but we've learned how to handle them over the years. We aren't here to make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the land and see what makes sense to build there. Our office is a busy place, usually filled with maps and site reports. We try to keep things simple and direct. If there's a problem, we fix it. We just want to do decent work that lasts. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do, and we’ve been doing it at this address for quite some time now.
