Abi Engineering

Abi Engineering is located at 13-1-1 in Poranki, which is just outside the main part of Vijayawada. It’s a basic workshop and office setup. We have a lot of metal parts and tools lying around most of the time. The floor is concrete and usually has a few oil stains here and there. That’s just the nature of engineering work. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us working on something. It gets quite hot in Poranki during the summer, so we have some big industrial fans going all the time. The noise can be a bit much when we’re running machines, but we’re used to it. We handle a lot of local repairs and small projects. It’s a practical place for practical people. We don't spend much money on decor; we’d rather spend it on better tools. Our desks are covered in sketches and parts lists. Sometimes we have to work on things outside if they’re too big for the shop. It’s a gritty, honest kind of job. We like it that way. If you’re driving through the area, we’re easy to spot by all the steel stacked near the entrance. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as it comes. There is always a lot of clanging and banging during the day.
