Aa-Ru Partners Private Limited

Our office is at Plot No.4 in the Edupugallusrinivasapuram Colony. It’s part of the Penamaluru Mandal area. When we first got the keys to this place, it was just an empty room with some old paint. We spent a few weeks getting it ready, putting in desks and chairs. Aa-Ru Partners is a Private Limited company, which sounds very official, but it’s really just a partnership between people who trust each other. We do our work here every day, usually starting around nine. The colony is pretty quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on the details of our projects. We don't do much advertising. Most people find us because they know someone we worked with before. It’s a practical way to grow. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just have a list of things to do every Monday morning. Sometimes the list gets finished, sometimes it doesn't. Penamaluru is a good spot because it’s not too far from the main city but far enough that we don't deal with the constant noise. We drink a lot of tea while we talk through our plans. It’s a very grounded kind of atmosphere. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a solid service from our little corner of the world here in Plot No.4. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy. We like the way things are going so far.
