Our shop is located at VI/596 on Vadakara Road. It’s right in Kuttiyadi, near the post office. We’ve been here for a while now, operating under the name Zarastar Gold And Diamonds Llp. Kozhikode is a big place, but Kuttiyadi has its own feel to it. We handle both gold and diamonds for the local people here. It’s a straightforward shop. We don’t have any of those fancy marketing people telling us what to say. We just talk to our customers like regular people. Most of the folks who come in are from around the 673508 area. They come to us because we are right on Vadakara Road and easy to get to. We spend our days looking at jewelry, weighing gold, and making sure everything is in order. It’s not a fast-paced job, but it requires a lot of attention. We like the quiet rhythm of Kuttiyadi. Some days it’s just the sound of the fans and the traffic outside. We don't use any polished scripts when people walk in. We just ask them what they are looking for and show them what we have in the cases. Sometimes they buy something, sometimes they don't, and that’s just how it goes. We’ve built up some good relationships with the families around here over the years. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just running a jewelry shop on the road to Vadakara. It’s what we do for the community.
