Workmasters Facility Management Privatelimited

Our office is at Erakodan House in Southarayangod. It’s under the care of Sulaikha. We are out in the Mavoor Post area. Workmasters Facility Management Private Limited is what we call ourselves. We handle maintenance and looking after buildings. It's mostly quiet around here. We don't have a storefront in a mall. Instead, we work from this house. It’s a more personal way to do things. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating workers and making sure everyone is where they should be. Cleaning, repairs, and general upkeep are what we deal with every day. It's hands-on work. Sometimes we are out at a site, and sometimes we are here at the house filing reports. Mavoor is a nice place to be based. It’s not as frantic as the city center. We know the people around here. Most of our staff live nearby too. We don't use fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still written down in ledgers. It feels more real that way. We just want to make sure the buildings we look after are in good shape. There’s always something breaking or needing a scrub. We just get on with it without much fuss. The garden outside is a nice place to take a break. We are just a group of people trying to do a solid job every day. No corporate fluff, just work.
