Vm Architects

We've been running Vm Architects out of the Space Mall on Mavoor Road for a while now. Specifically, you can find us on the 3rd floor at No 5/3403 C40(3), Jafer Khan Colony Road. It’s a busy area in Kozhikode, but we like it here. People often come by to talk about building plans or how to fix up their space. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of people, just a team that looks at drawings and tries to make things work on-site. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints everywhere, but that’s just how we work. Most days are spent either at the computer or out visiting sites around the 673004 area. It’s not always easy, dealing with contractors and material delays, but we get through it. We handle a variety of projects, some small residential jobs and others a bit larger. We don't really do the fancy sales talk. If someone needs a house designed or a commercial space planned out, they just walk up to the third floor and see us. We’ve been at this location for a bit, and we know the local building scene pretty well. It’s mostly just us working through the details of structural stuff and how things look. We try to keep things straightforward for our clients because construction is already confusing enough. Anyway, if you're near Mavoor Road, that's where we are. Just look for the mall and take the stairs or lift up to find us.
