Our office is in Puthuparambil, which is in the Arakkampoyil part of Karulai Village. It is a bit of a quiet area in Amarambalam, away from the noise of the bigger towns. We are not in a busy city center, which is actually quite nice for us and the people who visit. We work closely with the folks in the village and the surrounding areas. It is a very hands-on kind of job. We help people save up their money and provide small loans when they have a home project or a sudden need. We do not have any fancy technology or a polished corporate look in the office. It is just us, some pens, paper, and a basic computer to keep track of all the entries. We know almost everyone who walks through the door by their first name. It is more like a community gathering spot sometimes than a strict financial office. We listen to what people are planning for their families or their farms while we do the daily paperwork. It is an honest way to make a living. We do not make any big promises or use any tricky marketing. People know us, and they know exactly where to find us when they need something. If the rain is heavy, things usually slow down a bit, but we are always there behind our desks. We just try to be helpful and keep things moving. It is a small operation, but it means a lot to the people living around here in Karulai Village.
