Velankani Infrastructure Projects Ltd

We are based out of Puthiyngadi in Kozhikode. Our office is at Kalarikkal Vattakanty. It is a typical Kerala neighborhood, and we have been part of it for some time now. We work on various infrastructure projects around the region. It is not glamorous work, but it is necessary. Most of our mornings start early with a lot of tea and a look at the project schedules. We have a small crew that handles the day-to-day tasks. We do not really use a lot of big words or complicated business talk. We just focus on the concrete, the steel, and the land we are working on. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes we hit a few snags, but that is just how construction and infrastructure go. We have stayed at this address because it is convenient for getting to our sites. The office is where we keep our maps and the tallies of our materials. It is a bit of a lived-in space. We do not bother much with making it look like a showroom. We would rather be out there getting things built. If you know the Puthiyngadi area, you probably know where we are. We just keep our heads down and do what we are supposed to do. It is a pretty honest way to make a living, and we are happy to keep doing it here in Kozhikode.
