Tmh Hospital Private Limited is located down in Kottakadavu, Kadalundi. It’s a nice part of the area, and we’ve been here for a good while now. Kadalundi has its own pace of life, and the hospital reflects that. We aren't one of those massive hospitals where you get lost in the hallways. It’s a more manageable size, which I think the local people appreciate. I spend my days overseeing the daily operations and making sure the staff has what they need. We see a lot of people from the Kottakadavu neighborhood, and you start to recognize the families after a few visits. The building is solid and does the job well. We have the usual departments you’d expect for a hospital of our size. Sometimes it gets a bit humid being so close to the coast, but we have fans and ventilation to keep it comfortable for the patients. It’s not always easy running a private hospital, as there’s a lot of responsibility involved in making sure everything is up to code and people are being taken care of properly. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their friends or family who live nearby. It’s just about being there when someone isn't feeling well and needs a doctor to take a look. We keep things simple and focus on the work at hand every day.
