Tikachi Spices

Our business, Tikachi Spices, is situated in Vellachattam, which is over in Ambalavayal near Sultan Bathery. It is a really beautiful part of the world, but most of the time we are way too busy to even notice the scenery. We deal with spices that come directly from this region. It is a very simple process. We get the spices in, we handle them carefully, and we get them ready for whoever needs them next. There is no high-tech machinery here, just manual work and a lot of patience. The air around our place almost always smells like pepper or cardamom. We have been here in Vellachattam for quite some time now. Most of us actually grew up around here, so we know the land and the crops really well. It is not a corporate job at all. We wear simple clothes and work with our hands every day. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out or keep working by the light coming in from the open door. That is just how it is in this part of the country. We do not have a website with fancy photos or anything like that. If you really want to see what we do, you just have to come by and see it for yourself. We are regular people doing a regular job. We don't make big claims about things. We just do what we know. It is a quiet existence for the most part.
