Our office is found at B-20 in Giri Nagar, over in the Vengeri area of Calicut, Kerala. It’s a fairly quiet and green neighborhood, which makes for a nice place to work every day. Instead of a big commercial building, we operate out of a regular house that’s been set up for our needs. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and we like the fact that it doesn't feel like a stiff corporate environment. There are plenty of trees around, and it’s generally peaceful, though you can hear the birds and the local traffic from the street. Inside, we have converted the rooms into our workspaces with desks and all our filing systems. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people; we just handle things ourselves. When we have meetings, we usually just sit around the main table in what used to be the living room. It’s a very straightforward and practical setup. We spend our days on the phone or looking through records to find the right people for the jobs we are handling. We don't go in for a lot of promotional stuff or high-end office decor. It’s just a functional space where we can get our work done comfortably. We all bring our lunch from home and eat together, keeping things simple and friendly. It’s a good, honest place to work right here in Calicut.
