Texins Ventures Llp is located on the second floor of the Tharif Arcade, which sits right on the Mini Byepass Road. It’s a busy area and the traffic can get pretty loud during the day, but we’ve grown used to it over time. The office itself isn’t anything fancy. It’s just a practical space where a few of us get together to handle our daily work. We don't have a big reception desk or a polished lobby. Usually, you just walk in and see us at our desks. Sometimes the stairs up to the second floor feel a bit steep after a long day, but it’s okay. We’ve been here for a while and the location works well for us. There’s a lot of paper moving around and we spend a lot of time on our computers. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team trying to keep things running smoothly. We don't spend money on expensive decorations. We’d rather just have good chairs and enough light to see what we are doing. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have a lot of filings or documents to go through. We take our breaks when we can and usually just grab something from the shops nearby. It’s a simple setup but it’s ours. We aren't looking to be the biggest company around, just a steady one.
