Sujitha Driving School

Being right by Vadakara Beach is nice, especially when there’s a breeze. Sujitha Driving School is tucked in near Ashok Theatre. People know the spot. We spend our days teaching folks how to use the clutch and not stall in the middle of the road. It can be a bit loud with the theatre crowds and the beach traffic, but you get used to it. We started this because we knew the area well. Vadakara has its own rhythm. The sand gets everywhere, even in the car mats. Kozhikode 673103 is where we are. We see the same faces every day. We don't have any big speeches to give. We just get in the car, adjust the mirrors, and start the lesson. Sometimes we take a break and just look at the water for a minute. It’s a decent way to spend the day. Students come from all over the neighborhood. Some are young, some are older and finally decided they need to drive. We treat everyone the same. We don’t have a big fancy office with air conditioning. It’s just a place to keep the keys and the logbooks. It’s honest work. We like being part of the community here near the beach. If someone stalls the engine, we just wait and tell them to try again. That’s pretty much how life works here at Sujitha Driving School. We are just here doing our job in this corner of the world.
