Dell Exclusive Store

Our shop is right there at Stadium Junction on Pavamani Road, and it’s a busy corner of the world. We have people coming in all day long with laptops that won't turn on or students looking for something for their classes. Being the Dell Exclusive Store means we see a lot of the same brands, but the problems are always different. Some days are just constant questions about screen sizes and battery life. It gets loud with the traffic outside from J. P. Road and the general Andheri West bustle. We try to keep the place organized, but with boxes coming in and out, it’s a bit of a struggle sometimes. We aren't here to give anyone a hard sell. If a computer is fixable, we tell them. If it’s seen better days, we say that too. It’s mostly about being honest with folks who walk through the door. The staff here knows their way around a motherboard, so we spend a lot of time hunched over workbenches with tiny screwdrivers. It’s satisfying when you finally hear that startup sound after a long repair. We’ve been at this for a while and seen technology change fast, but the basics of helping people with their tech stay the same. We just keep our heads down and handle one customer at a time, making sure they leave with what they actually need.
