We are based in Kozhikode, but specifically this part of the city that feels a little different from the main center. It’s a retail spot, so we spend most of our time dealing with people who walk in looking for gold items. The Montana Estate area is fairly well-known around here. We have a small team and we all just pitch in with whatever needs to be done, whether that’s cleaning the glass or writing down the daily sales. It’s a quiet routine for the most part. We like being in this location because it’s not as chaotic as the very heart of the city. We see a lot of people from the nearby houses and some who travel from further out in Kozhikode. We don’t have a big story to tell. We just opened the shop and kept it going. Every day is pretty much like the one before. We check the stock, talk to the customers, and close up when the sun goes down. It’s a basic business model. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just providing a place for people to find jewelry. It is just us here, doing the work we know how to do.
