Sollazzo Bombay Delight Private Limited

Our business, Sollazzo Bombay Delight, is run from Aman House in the Kolikkal area of Unnikulam. It’s a bit of a distance from the center of Kozhikode, but it’s a quiet place to work. We specialize in food products that bring those Bombay flavors to our local neighborhood. Having a big store with glass windows isn't what we have here. It’s mostly just a production area inside Aman House where we get everything ready. There’s a small group of us, and we handle everything ourselves from cooking to packing. We started this because we felt there was something missing in the local snacks available around here. It hasn't always been easy. Figuring out how to get the spices just right took a lot of trial and error in the beginning. We don't spend any money on marketing or social media experts. Mostly, people find out about us by word of mouth after trying something we’ve made. The days are long and often we are still packing orders late into the evening. Getting certain ingredients delivered all the way out to Unnikulam can be a bit of a struggle sometimes, especially during the rainy season when the roads get bad. We aren't a big corporation. We’re just regular people trying to make something that tastes good and keep our little business running smoothly. It’s honest, simple work and we take it one day at a time without much fuss. The house we work from is peaceful and we like it that way.
