We are Sm Gold And Diamonds Llp and we operate out of the Red Sea Mall. Our shop is at B.P.7/126 F on the ground floor. The mall is located very close to the bus stand. It's a busy spot for everyone. Since we are on the ground floor, people walk right in without looking for elevators or stairs. We have a standard shop where we display gold and diamonds. It is not a very big space but it is enough for what we do. We started this shop a while ago to serve folks who travel through the bus stand area. It's convenient. We have a small team here. Most of our day is just managing the stock and talking to the people who stop by while waiting for their buses. The mall environment is active. We like that. It keeps things interesting. We do not have any polished speeches or slogans. We just show what is in the cases and answer whatever questions come up. The shop is clean and well-lit, because that is important for jewelry. Most of our days go by in a routine of opening up, cleaning the glass, and helping customers. It is a basic way to run a business. We are glad to be near the bus stand because it brings in a lot of different faces from all over. That’s how we like it.
