Our office is on the second floor of the Malabar Arcade, right at the Bypass Junction in Pantheerankavu. It is a busy spot with cars and trucks always moving past on the highway, but it makes it easy for us to get to different parts of Kozhikode. We have engineers and builders working together in one spot, which is handy. When a builder has a question about a drawing, the engineer is just a couple of desks away. We focus on homes, mostly. Building a house is a big deal for anyone, and we know it can get pretty stressful. We try to keep things grounded. There are always issues like the price of cement going up or the rain slowing down the foundation work, and we just have to talk through those things with the people we're building for. The office isn't fancy. It is mostly just computers, big printers for the blueprints, and some chairs that have seen better days. We spend a lot of our time out in the dust at the sites anyway. Pantheerankavu has grown so much lately, and we have been right here watching it happen. If you want to talk about a project, you can just walk up the stairs and find us.
