Our office is located on the sixth floor of the Emora Gems building. It’s right there on the NH Thondayadu Bypass in Kozhikode, specifically at Door No. 8 in Kavu Nagar. Being up on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view of the bypass, which is always busy with cars and trucks going past. We spend most of our time here dealing with real estate matters in the Kerala region. It is a decent space, though the elevator can be a bit slow when the building is full of people. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm; we are just local folks working in the property market. Thondayadu is growing fast, so there is always something happening with land prices or new apartments being built nearby. We handle a lot of phone calls and meet a lot of different people throughout the week. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with all the different files and legal things we have to keep track of. We just try to keep our heads down and do the work. The office is usually open regular hours, and we are often shuffling between meetings and site visits. It’s a practical setup for what we do. People drop by to ask about plots or how the market is doing in this part of Kozhikode. We just tell them what we know based on what we see every day. It’s a lot of work, but we like being right in the middle of everything.
