We’ve been in Calicut for a while and have become a familiar name for people dealing with skin marks or old injuries. The hospital isn't a massive complex, but it’s got everything we need to do our jobs. It’s a straightforward building. When you walk in, you’ll see the reception and a few areas for waiting. It’s not very corporate-looking, which we think is better for our patients. Calicut is a lively city, and we are glad to be situated here. We don’t spend much time on fancy advertising or polished brochures. Most of our work comes from people telling their neighbors about us. The staff here are mostly locals who know the city well. We handle the daily tasks, from filing paperwork to helping patients in the rooms. It’s a steady environment. Some days are more hectic than others, especially in the mornings. We just try to keep things organized so everyone gets seen. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of hospital. We aren't trying to be the biggest in the state, just a reliable place for people in Calicut who need this specific type of care. We open early and stay until the last patient is taken care of. It’s just how we run things here and we plan to keep at it for the foreseeable future.
