Santorini Exports Private Limited is based right in the middle of Calicut. You can find us at Jordhan Tower on YMCA Cross Road. It’s a pretty busy area with lots of traffic and people. Our office is at Door No 6/379 G. We deal with exports, mainly focusing on getting products out to different markets. It’s not always easy, especially with all the rules and regulations that keep changing. We have a small group of people working here. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we know our way around the docks and the paperwork. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to sit and work. We have a lot of coffee to keep us going through the long afternoons. Calicut has a long history of trade, so it feels right to be doing this here. We don’t do any big advertising. Word gets around when you do the job right. We just take the orders, check the quality, and send them off. Sometimes things go wrong with shipping, and we have to stay late to fix it. That’s just part of the trade. We keep things simple and try not to get too stressed when things get hectic. It’s a living, and we’re happy to be doing it from our little spot in Kozhikode. It is just the way we like it.
