ROYAL GARDEN PROPERTIES LLP

Royal Garden Properties is based in Room No: 14/B1 of the C.K. Building. We are located in the Maniyoth Munda area, specifically on the Malapuram Kottarakoth Road. Our postal address is Perumpally P.O. in Kozhikode. The office is in a spot that feels a bit more local and grounded than the big city centers. We have been working out of this room for some time now, focusing on the land and houses in the surrounding neighborhoods. The road outside can be a bit bumpy, and it gets dusty when the weather is dry, but it’s a familiar route for everyone around here. We don’t have a massive staff, just a few of us who know the local area well. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors and people from nearby villages who are thinking about selling a bit of their land. We keep things pretty simple in the office with just the basic furniture and a lot of paper records in cabinets. It is a quiet place for the most part, except for when the local buses go past. We aren’t interested in being a giant corporation. We just want to keep doing our work in Perumpally and helping folks with their property needs. If you are driving down Kottarakoth Road, you’ll see the C.K. Building easily enough. We are usually there during the day, just doing the regular work that comes with running a small property business.
