Rm Hospital

Being down here near Gotheeswaram Beach Gardens makes the days feel a bit different than the rest of the city. You get that sea breeze sometimes if you are standing in the right spot outside Rm Hospital. We are located right on O.M Road in Beypore, which is a pretty local place. Most of us living around here know the shortcuts through Calicut to get to our main gate. The hospital is usually humming with noise throughout the day. Families are always coming and going, especially during visiting hours. We do not have much in the way of fancy decorations or anything like that. It is a straightforward setup for everyone. We see a lot of people from the neighborhood. Some days the humidity is really high, and the fans are going full blast in every room. We just focus on the patients and the mountain of paperwork we have to finish. There is always a lot of paperwork. The staff usually grabs tea from the little stall nearby during their breaks. We have been part of the landscape here for a while now. People recognize our uniforms when we are at the market. It is a busy life, honestly. We try to keep the floors clean and the queues moving, but it is a big task. Sometimes the road outside gets blocked with traffic, which is annoying, but that is just life in Beypore.
