Rawabi Tours & Travels

Our office is tucked away near the Emirates Office on Mini Bypass Road in Puthiyara. It’s a convenient spot for people to stop by while they’re out running errands. We’ve been helping people with their travel plans here for a good amount of time. Rawabi Tours & Travels is basically just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of maps and posters on the walls. We spend most of the day on the phone or typing away, trying to figure out schedules and tickets. It’s not always easy work, especially when flights get canceled or prices change suddenly. We deal with a lot of paperwork and visa forms, which can be quite a headache sometimes. People come in with all sorts of questions about where to go and how to get there. We don't use any fancy software to sell things; we just talk to people and see what they need. Some of our customers have been coming to us for years, and we know their families and where they like to go. Puthiyara is a good place to be based. The bypass road is always busy, so there’s a lot of energy outside. Sometimes we stay late to finish up bookings for the next day. We aren't a big international corporation. We’re just a local team that knows how to get things sorted for a trip. It’s a simple business built on just being around and helping out when we can.
