We are over at T.P Complex in Kozhikode, specifically on the first floor. It is right on Bilathikulam Road in West Nadakkavu. People around here know the Vandipetta area well. We’ve been working out of this spot for a bit now, handling real estate stuff for the local community. It’s not a huge office or anything fancy, just a practical space where we sit down and go through property papers and meet folks looking for land or houses. Sometimes the traffic on the road gets a bit loud, but it’s a good spot to be in because it's easy for people to find us. We mostly deal with things around Kozhikode. Usually, one of us is around during the day, unless we are out at a site showing someone a plot. It gets pretty busy with all the new buildings going up around West Nadakkavu lately. There is a lot of paperwork involved in this business, which takes up a lot of our time at the desks. We try to keep things straightforward and honest when we talk to anyone who walks in. It’s just how we do things here. If you are coming from the main part of town, Bilathikulam Road is pretty easy to navigate. We just focus on getting the job done and helping people figure out their property needs without making it too complicated. It is just a small team of us working here every day, trying our best to keep things organized for our neighbors.
