We are Prominent Builders And Architects, and you can find our office on the first floor of the Sherin Building in Kizhakke Nadakkavu. We’re right across the street from the Solar Hotel, so it’s easy for folks in Nadakkavu to spot us. Kozhikode is a place where people really care about their buildings, and we try to do our part in that. Our day starts early, usually with a lot of phone calls to sites and suppliers to make sure everything is on track. In the office, there’s a lot of back and forth between the builders and the architects because everyone has a different way of looking at things. We just try to find the path that makes the most sense. It’s not about being flashy; it’s about making sure the walls are straight and the roof doesn't leak. We’ve had all kinds of people walk through our doors in Nadakkavu, from those with big ideas to those who just need a small repair. We treat every job about the same because they all need to be done right. The Sherin Building is a good home for us, and being near the hotel means there’s always something happening nearby. We stay pretty busy, but we always have time for a quick conversation about a new project. It’s just how we operate around here, focusing on the work and making sure things get finished.
